Junior Interior Designer

The Junior Interior Designer provides the administrative and organizational backbone for project delivery. This role is ideal for an early-career designer eager to gain hands-on experience by balancing studio coordination with creative support, working closely with senior designers from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Admin Support: Manage day-to-day coordination, maintain project files, track timelines, and handle order trackers/invoices.

  • Design Support: Assist senior staff with mood boards, presentations, and sourcing materials, furniture, and lighting.

  • Documentation: Help compile FF&E schedules, take site meeting notes, and manage technical specifications.

  • Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to track purchase orders and deliveries.

  • Studio Maintenance: Support internal workflows and general office administration to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Admin Tools: Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and a high level of organizational detail.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for professional coordination.
